张井财，男，1991年生，江西赣州人， 博士、讲师。2022年博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学土木工程专业。 

主讲课程：钢筋混凝土结构原理

研究方向：建筑结构减隔震及其抗连续倒塌性能。
