高锐锋,南通大学副教授、博士生导师,上海交通大学校外博士生导师,南通大学交通与土木工程学院院长助理,全国高校综合智能交通专业联盟副秘书长,江苏省青蓝工程优秀教学团队骨干教师,世界交通运输大会技术委员会委员,交通运输研究(上海)论坛理事,南通大学优秀教育工作者。2013年获通信与信息系统专业硕士学位,2019年获信息与通信工程专业博士学位,曾赴新加坡科技设计大学、加拿大康考迪亚大学开展访问研究,长期从事海域无线通信、6G天地一体化网络、以及机器学习技术在通信中的应用等方向的研究。先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、交通运输行业联合科技攻关项目、江苏省自然科学基金等项目10余项。发表论文40余篇,授权发明专利10余件,获中国自动化学会科技进步二等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果优秀奖等。
